About Us
FoxDen Fitness is dedicated to joining you on your journey to health and wellness. We encompass and are dedicated to the Crossfit Affiliate mentality which is to improve health and fitness by forging a broad, general and inclusive fitness program. We provide daily programming for all clients, from beginners to experienced, who are looking to increase their fitness level. Each workout can be modified by our coaches to fit your specific needs to assure you are performing the movements properly and safely. What makes FoxDen unique is our programming, coaching, and community. At FoxDen we all work together in accomplishing our goals pushing each other in workouts, holding each other accountable, and being there for each other day in and day out.
